This page explains which cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) the website www.gianlu.it uses, pursuant to Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority's Guidelines of 10 June 2021. The site only uses technical tools, necessary for the services you request. For this reason no consent banner is shown: technical cookies do not require consent by law, only this notice. No statistics, advertising or tracking tools are used.

The login and subscription service is provided by Memberstack. To avoid involving external providers unnecessarily, its code is not loaded when you open a page: it starts only if you press "Log in", "Subscribe", "Profile" or "Log out", or if you already had an active session. A visitor who just reads the pages therefore does not contact these services.
When the service is active, your browser communicates with Memberstack's servers, with the anti-bot service hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.), which protects login forms from automated access, and with a font service (Bunny Fonts) used by Memberstack's windows. The login window also offers "Continue with Google": if you choose it, authentication takes place on Google's servers under their policy. These tools are necessary for login to work and for the security of the service you requested.
Some pages contain YouTube (Google) videos and the lesson calendar (Google Calendar). These contents are not loaded until you press the button "Watch the video" or "Show the calendar": until then your browser does not contact YouTube or Google. Videos use the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). After the click, Google may set cookies or similar technologies under its own policy: policies.google.com/technologies/cookies. The button represents your choice to load the content.
Links to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube are plain links: no social plugins are loaded and no cookie is set until you open them.
The questions you type in the chats are sent to the Google Gemini API to generate the answer. More details in the Privacy Policy.
You can delete or block the data stored by the site from your browser settings:
If you delete this data you may have to log in again, and the counter of free chat questions will be reset.
If the site uses different tools in the future (for example statistics or marketing content), this page will be updated and, where required by law, your consent will be requested before they are activated.
