These Terms and Conditions govern the monthly subscription to the artificial intelligence virtual assistants service of the website www.gianlu.it. Before subscribing, please read them carefully together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

The subscription ("Base Plan") gives access to the unlimited use of the artificial intelligence virtual assistants of the site, namely ChatBookAI (dedicated to the book "Niente paura è solo AI") and the assistant on the training articles, in both the Italian and English versions.
Without a subscription the assistants can still be used with a daily question limit (currently 6 per day).
"Unlimited" means without the daily limit of the free version, within reasonable personal use. To protect the service from abuse, very high technical limits apply to the number of requests from the same address: normal use does not reach them.
The assistants are artificial intelligence systems: answers may contain errors or inaccuracies and do not constitute professional advice (legal, tax, medical or other). Do not enter personal or confidential data in your questions: messages are sent to Google (Gemini API) to generate the answer, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
The price is EUR 3.99 per month. This is the total amount you pay, with no additional costs.
Transaction carried out under Article 1, paragraphs 54 to 89, of Italian Law No. 190/2014 (flat-rate regime): fee not subject to VAT and not subject to withholding tax.
The subscription is activated and paid online through Memberstack and its payment provider. The seller does not know or store your card data. Before confirming you will see an order summary; the confirmation button clearly states that the purchase involves an obligation to pay.
The subscription has a monthly term and renews automatically every month, charging the price to the payment method chosen, until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time, without penalty, directly from your profile on the site ("Profile" item in the menu, subscription section managed by Memberstack). After cancellation no further renewals will be charged and access remains active until the end of the period already paid. The period already paid is not refunded, except as provided by the right of withdrawal and by law.

If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the activation of the subscription, without giving any reason (Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005). To withdraw, an explicit statement to info@gianlu.it is enough (you may use the model form provided by law, but it is not mandatory).
Since the service is available right after activation, you may ask for it to start before the end of the 14 days. In that case, if you then exercise the right of withdrawal, you will have to pay an amount proportionate to what you have already used until you inform me of your decision (Art. 57, paragraph 3). If the service has been fully performed and you have expressly requested immediate start, acknowledging that you lose the right of withdrawal, withdrawal is no longer possible (Art. 59 of the Consumer Code).
Refunds are made within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
In case of abusive use I may suspend or close access, informing you, and refund the unused period where the conditions are met.
The book "Niente paura è solo AI", the articles, texts, graphics and software of the site are protected by copyright and remain the property of the seller. The subscription only gives you the right to use the assistants for your personal or professional purposes, not to copy, redistribute or resell the content beyond the limits allowed by law.
I commit to keeping the service active, but I cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions, including for causes depending on external providers (hosting, Google, Memberstack). I may modify or update the features of the service for technical or content improvements.
If the price or essential conditions change in the future, I will inform you by email with reasonable notice. Changes apply from the next renewal and, if you do not accept them, you may cancel before they apply.
The service is provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for decisions made on the basis of the assistants' answers. The warranties and rights that the law mandatorily grants to consumers remain unaffected, and no clause of these Terms is intended to limit them.
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
For complaints or reports write to info@gianlu.it: I will reply as soon as possible. These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, for any dispute the court of your place of residence or domicile is competent, if in Italy, and your rights to use out-of-court dispute resolution bodies provided by law remain unaffected.
These Terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update. Changes do not apply to subscriptions already running until the next renewal.
